1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) regulates the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the running coach chatbot in the Telegram messenger (hereinafter — the Service).

1.2. The operator of personal data is Pavel Gennadievich Burtsev, citizen of the Russian Federation (hereinafter — the Operator).

1.3. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Policy and consent to the processing of the provided data.

2. Data Collected

2.1. The following data may be processed when using the Service:

• Telegram ID, username, first and last name (from the profile);
• text messages, photos, videos, audio files submitted by the User;
• training data (heart rate, weight, age, running performance);
• questions and messages from the User as well as model responses.

2.2. The Service does not intentionally request or process special categories of personal data (Art. 10 of Federal Law 152‑FZ, including health data, religious or political views). If the User provides such information, it is done voluntarily and at their own responsibility.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

3.1. Data are processed for the following purposes:

• providing personalized training plans and recommendations;
• training and improvement of models (in anonymized form, without health data);
• feedback through customer support;
• detecting violations of the rules and restricting access in case of abuse.

4. Legal Basis of Processing

4.1. Data are processed on the basis of:

• the User's consent (Art. 6 of Federal Law 152‑FZ);
• necessity for performance of the agreement to provide access to the Service (acceptance of Terms of Use).

5. Methods of Processing and Storage

5.1. Data are processed using automated systems (transfer to OpenAI for response generation) as well as manually (support services).

5.2. Storage is carried out on cloud servers located in jurisdictions that ensure proper data protection.

5.3. Retention period is limited to the duration of the User's account or until deletion is requested by the User.

6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

6.1. To operate the Service, the following providers are used:

• OpenAI (processing of messages for response generation);
• Telegram (messenger infrastructure);
• donation processing services (payment information handling).

6.2. Data are transferred to third parties strictly for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.3. Data are not shared with other parties, except where required by law.

7. User Rights

7.1. The User has the right to:

• receive information on the processing of their personal data;
• request rectification, blocking, or deletion of data;
• withdraw consent for data processing.

8. Data Protection

8.1. The Operator takes measures to protect User data from unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction.

8.2. However, the Operator is not liable for data leaks caused by failures in Telegram, OpenAI, or other third‑party services.

9. International Data Transfer

9.1. By transmitting data for processing by OpenAI and other foreign service providers, the User consents to cross‑border transfer of personal data.

9.2. Cross‑border transfer is only carried out to countries ensuring an adequate level of personal data protection.

10. Updates to the Policy

10.1. The Policy may be updated. Changes will be communicated to the User through chatbot notifications.

10.2. Continuing to use the Service after a Policy update implies consent to the current version.
