2.1. PRO: up to 50 messages per day. The counter resets daily at 00:00 Moscow time (MSK).
2.2. A message means each request from the Customer that the Service responds to β text, voice message, photo, or screenshot.
2.3. When the daily limit is reached, the Service notifies the Customer and offers either to wait for the reset at 00:00 MSK or to purchase the "Additional 50 messages" package (399 β½). The package applies to the current day and does not extend the PRO period.
2.4. Reaching the daily limit does not constitute a defect in the service: technical provision of access (Part 2 under clause 1.2 of the Terms of Service) is deemed rendered for each day of the paid period regardless of whether the limit is fully used.
2.5. Trial access (Free): provided free of charge and subject to its own limits on message count and duration. Current values are shown in the Service and may change. Trial access is not a paid service.
2.6. The Service Provider may change the limit by publishing a new version of this Pricing page. For periods already paid for, a reduction of the limit does not apply.
3.1. VAT exempt (Service Provider operates under the "Professional Income Tax" special regime).
3.2. Payment Type: One-time. No automatic renewal or recurring charges.
3.3. Price Structure and Refunds:
In accordance with Section 3.2 of the Terms of Service, the price consists of:
3.4. "Additional 50 messages" package: a one-time service rendered in full at the moment the messages are credited. The package has no term of its own (no billing period), therefore the pro-rata formula in Section 4.2 of the Terms of Service does not apply to it β once the messages are credited, the service is deemed fully rendered.
